"Service and room cleanliness "

"The room we had looking over the Atlantic Ocean was very nice. Very much liked the closeness and access to the beach. Free breakfast could have more choices although for an additional cost you could order from a menu."

"Cadillac Hotel is a perfect place. Once you arrive and step inside the staff can’t do enough to make you feel at home. The grounds include two pools including one for adults. The outside is like a tropical paradise. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is great."

"This hotel lobby area, pool and restaurant are outstanding. Our room was a little tired. Rug was stained, moldings needing painted. But it was a beautiful place! "

"Elevator broken. The poolside cabanas were covered in stains and looked very undesirable to lay in. The chairs were nice and the pool was nice. My bed on one side was completely caved in. The “cafe” never had anyone working it. There was a guest in front of us in line that sounded like she had very real complaints that the staff basically dismissed. I guess it worked for one night but would not recommend using this for your vacation. The staff sometimes seemed friendly and other times seemed annoyed to be talking to you"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It was so convenient to Lincoln Road (very cool walkable area with nice restaurants, shops and art) and the beach! We came off a cruise and it was very close to the port. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was nice and clean and we enjoyed the food. It also has a cool taco restaurant attached and we had a great brunch at the other attached restaurant. The pool were very fun also. "

"I was in Miami for music week and stayed at the National for four nights. This is a crazy time of year and staff can be understandably overwhelmed, but every single staff member at the National was so accommodating, from the housekeeping to the bartenders to the management. This isn’t the first time I’ve stayed at the National, but it just keeps getting better. I love it there and I can’t wait to go back. Extra special shout-out to Margherita (bartender), Alejandro (assistant) and Yaser, one of the most proper GM’s I’ve ever met. He definitely goes above and beyond. 10/10!!"
