We had no shower head at first, one 1 towel each, no wash rags, balcony doors were broken and NO HOT water to shower. Floors were dirty also

Given the condition I found, I would not recommend

Pros:1-bdrm apt, clean(ish) kitchen/living/dining/bdrm (although the floors needed to be swept/cleaned). Some plates, glasses, and silverware are provided. White linens and towels, 1 new roll of toilet paper (no extra rolls were left). Bath soap/lotion/hair dryer/luggage rack provided. Cons: Very little in the way of pots/pans and no ice trays. Slider door in the living rm was left open when I arrived and VERY difficult to close/open/lock. Drapes did not cover the entire sliding door. Beds did not have blankets. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The bthrm sink area did not have a vanity. The bthrm itself was dirty. The walls looked like they were painted with a mop and never cleaned up. The bathtub had paint spots all over it and was grungy as if it was rarely cleaned. Neither bthrm had window treatments and the full bath window is sized and positioned so you cannot easily shower without providing a show to the neighborhood. One of the towel hooks is partially pulled from the wall. There was pubic hair stuck to the back of the bthrm door. Building is supposed to be secure but the back door is often left open. This not comforting for a woman traveling alone. Management/ owner is not on-site and communication is slow. While it is nice to have a full apt, I would not rent here again until it is cleaned up and minor upgrades are done. Not a comfortable experience. A little bit of TLC would go a long way with this unit. Unit is not what you see on Hotels.com.

Broken sink, rat dropping in the kitchen, broken door , refrigerator was not cold, the pool was dirty , the pool was broken , the gate too the pool was broken .

Fue una muy mala experiencia; el encargado o propietario es un verdadero mentiroso.... El chek in era a las 3PM, llegamos a las 4:40PM y pudimos ingresar a las 3hs.... a las 7:40PM (esperando dentro del auro), desde que llegamos nos decia que lo estaban limpiando y era total mentira ya que la persona de limpieza llego mas tarde como a las 6PM. Lo peor fue que teníamos asignado el Departamento 2A y estaba ocupado por otra familia.... (una locura) hasta la señora que limpia estaba sorprendida. Finalmente era el 5A pero la señora no tenia la orden de limpiar ese 5A y comenzó en otro Lo peor de todo es que NO LE FUNCIONABA EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO y este estafador lo sabia muy bien y nunca lo aclaro! en Miami esos días hizo 33 grados centígrados... No se podía estar adentro!! Respecto a la cocina, tenia un horno muy lindo pero sin bandejas, o sea que NO se podía cocinar nada...... Una mesa muy pequeña con 4 sillas Aclaro que el departamento es muy lindo pero me siento totalmente estafado por este Sr. Por tal motivo solicito una parte del dinero que se me reintegre por lo sufrido de espera y calor sufrido.. YO PAQUE POR UN DEPARTAMENTO EN OPTIMAS CONDICIONES y me entregaron otra cosa o sea que es una estafa.... Espero pronta respuesta Saludos MM

First they sent us to another hotel when we asked if we were at the hotel and the excuse the person gave was oh I work to different jobs and I thought you were asking about the other hotel I sent you too instead of asking which hotel we were looking for. The tub filled with water and the drain was empty there was no broom to sweep the floor after you when outside.the person on the phone has a bad attitude even though you're a customer.

My one-night stay at the hotel was quite pleasant, primarily due to its location in a safe and quiet area. I appreciated being able to walk to nearby cafes and shops, which made my visit more convenient. However, I believe the hotel could benefit from some improvements. A fresh coat of paint and a style update would make the apartment look more modern and inviting, avoiding the feel of an old and neglected space. These upgrades would definitely enhance the overall guest experience.

The property is expensive and after we arrived, we had to call and text the responsible person. So noone was there. We are not Americans. Other foreigners won't know what to do and wait very long. We luckily met someone who let us enter the property. We need to pay for the mandatoy fee service of 85$. I didnt see it. Otherwise I won't book it. Maybe i was for the cleanup of the appartment. But we booked for the whole week. The appartment wasn't tidied or cleaned even once. The only thing we asked for were the towels, which were delivered lately. Beside, this appartment very few restaurants and stores nearby.
