Overall, the stay was okay and suitable for a family. The room and location were fine, but parking was a big issue. The valet parking had a very long wait time whenever we needed the car. Check-in and check-out also took longer than expected, and customer service could be much better. Overall, it was an okay stay, but parking and service need improvement.

The room was not clean at all it took too much time to change the sheets as they were very dirty and stained. There where a bulb broken in the washroom flashing all the time they came to fix it they took 2 hours and they didn't finish. We even couldn't rest well.

De verdad esperaba otra cosa, los ascensores son un desastre los pasillos huelen muy mal las sábanas tienen moho,las bañeras se llenan de agua esta como tapado el desagüe, el carro se supone que ellos lo reciben y lo buscan cuando uno lo necesite y pues nos tocó bajar a buscarlo y ni pendiente estaban de subir el balancín. No se si las personas que atienden las tienditas son residentes de ahi y dueños pero la verdad donde compraba el café todas las mañanas daban muy mala atención la señora era muy mala encarada. Fueron 7 dias que estuve ahí y de verdad deberían considerar pasar aunque sea una vez a la semana haciendo limpieza ya que habían cucarachas.

Room updates - the dehumidifier was taped through the window, the ac dripped on the floor, bathroom lights flickered, shower didn't drain, fridge not operational. Lots of spackle/paint drips everywhere.

Took management company almost 48 hrs to respond for a request for towels and toilet paper after leaving 2 messages, 2 phone calls which weren't answered nor allowed to leave a message. Bathroom was a mess... Caulking very messy and start of mold growing.

My family and I have major issues with the room. Everything is dilapidated, from the structural integrity of the room: walls, paint, fixtures, hardware, etc… Lights are flickering, holes in walls, shower not draining, the window is permanently cracked open because of air conditioner and water comes in when it rains, the WiFi doesn’t work, hair and sand all over the floors, there’s no heater in the room so the room gets very cold because of the current outside weather conditions… My sister chose this hotel for her birthday, we picked the room together, and they completely trick you and do a bait and switch versus the room you book online. The photos are completely different online. This company also goes by Castle Beach Hotel, Boutique Apartments Miami, Blue Ocean Apartments, Girasole Apartments, etc… Worst part. We found body fluids all over both beds!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I would give ZERO stars for this place if I could. For the price I would expect better customer service and a cleaner room. We checked in late for our one night stay and followed the instructions on the email telling us to check in at the front desk where valet was. They directed us to the front desk inside which was a make shift desk because they are doing renovations (they need to renovate the whole entire building) it was outdated, dirty, unkept, unclean and the guy checking us in was not welcoming at all. We soon got to the room (for 8 people mind you) 2 levels and the top level had no electricity whatsoever & the only place that had all the beds. We tried looking for the electrical circuit box and of course they locked it. Now the only way to communicate with the owner of the place was through WHATSAPP! I had to download the app to even reach them. Called no answer texted and they read it. I told them my concerns and asked if they can send a maintenance man to turn on the electric so we can shower with lights on and they said since it was late they wouldn’t have been able to until the next morning which we were only staying one night. I demanded a refund or a late checkout which in turn of course only offered check out at 12PM, 2 hours after original check out at 10AM. We had 4 other reservations & the other rooms seemed bigger and nicer but still outdated. My friend checked out next day & stayed elsewhere due to the smell of smoke which they mentioned smokefree. BEWARE!
