Clean room but the images that was shown on the website is so inaccurate, the lighting is bad mines was orange and flickering. The bathroom is very tiny like very tiny I don’t know about the other rooms but mines did not look like the images. I checked out after one day I couldn’t do it.

Buena elección si solo vas a usar el hotel para dormir. Tiene una ubicación excelente te si quieres moverte en south beach y el transporte público está a unos pasos del hotel. El personal es súper amable. La alberca no la utilizamos porque fuimos a conocer lo más que pudimos y casi no estuvimos en la habitación . Me di cuenta que algunas personas pedían toallas y sillas para ir a la playa, tampoco las utilizamos porque no era nuestro plan.

We didn't have TV reception and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom. Considering these places charge you a "resort" fee this is not acceptable. We asked the reception for assistance and she virtually ignored our request. I would never stay here again due to POOR customer service.

This property is trying to do everything as cheap as possible. Leveraging technology to replace people. The key card on your phone only works sometimes. On average 3 attempts to get a door open. No one mans the property after 10. A big group got stranded on the front patio for hours because the scanners didn't work. The only way we got in was by calling the police at midnight. My AC didn't work on the first night and 3 days later still wasn't working. The staff isn't competent and makes excuses instead of solving the problems. I wrote to management in the middle of my stay. Reached back out the next day, again with no response. The front desk said they got the message but they couldn't be bothered to acknowledge my complaints. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. They truly do not care about your experience. They want income with the lowest amount of effort/cost.

The advertising pictures are not at all what the rooms look like it’s complete false advertisement. The place is a complete dump. Maybe comparable to a rundown motel six. I did not like the Digital Key and if it wasn’t for having a staff member there at 6:30 PM I would not have figured out how to get in the building or anything else. My room was absolutely disgusting so was the bathroom things were broken and oddly fixed. The only thing nice about this place was the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of only the lobby and the proximity to everything in South Miami, which is the beach, food and shopping.

It took us awhile to wait for checking but it was also very late at night. Didn’t mind the waiting but we couldn’t reach a person on the phone. Someone else who pass by called the front desk person who then came by. Then the check in was quick. We found ants in our bed. Told the front desk and we got a change of rooms. The mattress may be a little outdated because it was not even. It was close by to most locations for us and public transportation was very convenient. In another room, the blow dryer blew out the fuse. But since the breaker panel was in the room so it was easily reseted. Kitchen was equipped. I like that there is a table and chairs. That’s what I wanted to be able to sit and do some work. Checking out was easy. Overall, good stay.

I am ending my stay at the Crest Hotel Suites, and I can confidently say this has been the worst hotel experience of my entire life. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. There was no air conditioning in the hotel due to a broken system, making the stay unbearable. When this was brought to the front desk’s attention, the staff member flatly stated there was “nothing she could do,” offering no solution, no apology, and no concern. Our hotel key cards did not work for the entire stay, forcing us to repeatedly search for staff just to access our room—an unacceptable inconvenience and a major security concern. The television did not work, and once again, the front desk provided zero assistance or effort to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the room itself was filthy. The floors were covered in excessive dust and sand, clearly indicating the room had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The overall condition of the room was disgusting and far below even the most basic hotel standards. This entire stay was a complete disaster from start to finish. Poor maintenance, non-functioning amenities, dirty rooms, and unhelpful staff created what can only be described as a hotel from hell. This establishment should be ashamed to operate under the name of a hotel. I will never return and will be warning others to avoid this place at all costs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, always welcoming, and willing to help with absolutely everything, which truly makes the stay even more enjoyable. The location is amazing! the hotel is extremely close to all the shops and restaurants, all within walking distance, making it super convenient and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and an unbeatable location! A special thanks to the guy who stays overnight because he helped me to carry all my bags at 5:30am
