"-No chairs in the room. Just a Miss Muffet tuffet.
-No separate bathroom - frosted glass around a toilet and a shower within the room space, and a sink in the room itself. So there was very little privacy for each of us (spouse and I).
The bed was not very comfortable - a motorized raise/lower affair, maybe to compensate for no chairs or couch. But the price was that it wasn't as good for sleeping as a regular bed.
We called to ask for a chair to brought to the room, and the operator said sure. But it never arrived, though we were there for 3 nights. So no follow-through on that.
To top it off, the sink was clogged.
Positives include an excellent location, clean facility and generally polite staff...but again, poor follow through for us.
Overall, we don't understand how the ratings for this hotel are high. It's an example of the current trend to remove room spaces and furniture to save costs, while creating a cool vibe that seems to imply this is the way it should be.
We don't agree, and will not be back. "
