Staff were really friendly and helpful. The apartment was excellent, it was clean and modern with all the equipment you would expect. Rooftop pool area looked amazing. Would definitely use this hotel brand in the future. Nice job Flow!

Prior to arrival, I called twice requesting early check in and left messages but did not receive a return call. We arrived about two hours early and understood we would need to wait until the 4 PM check in time. Because the unit was not available early, we had to leave the property and find places to sit and dine while waiting. The unit was ready at 4 PM. During the stay, multiple issues affected our experience. One shower did not work, and there were cleanliness concerns, including debris under the couch and under the kitchen sink. After walking barefoot in the unit and common areas, our feet were extremely dirty within a short time. We requested early check in and later requested a late checkout due to a late evening flight. Neither request was honored. A 3 PM checkout was initially communicated and later reversed by management, creating confusion. Several paid and advertised amenities were not provided. Breakfast for two was not delivered. The pool was not heated and had no towels, staff, food service, cabanas, lifeguard, or entertainment, making it unusable. There were no phones in the unit or common areas. Staff communicated using personal cell phones, requiring guests to use their own phones for all contact. While staff were polite and attempted to help, they appeared to have limited guidance after business hours. Due to unmet services, cleanliness issues, and communication gaps, the stay did not match the booking terms. I respectfully request a refund.

We had a banging noice the whole day and night because of the parking door was next to our room. We couldn’t sleep at all. We don’t recommend this hotel!

Don’t stay here with a family. Beautiful property; however, I asked about extra pillows and they told me there was a Target nearby. When I told him I wanted more of their pillows, they kept saying I’ll check on that. We never heard back from him despite going down to the desk twice and calling twice. When we arrived, they charged us an extra 20 bucks just in case we wanted to use the gym. I found that strange considering I’d already prepaid for everything. It made me think that if I refuse to pay for the gym, I didn’t get to stay there, even after flying in from out of state. We waited to check in and we waited to check out. The guy was saying I’ll call somebody to come talk to you. We wound up just walking out when we left.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment - big, well equipped, clean and had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay. Brilliant pool and gym area. I really enjoyed my two night stay at Flow Miami Hotel. This place is really more of a hybrid of a hotel and a short term apartment rental and my accommodation was a well furnished one bedroom apartment. While the kitchen and extra space was nice the facilities (pool, gym) and service was the real stand-out for me. I look forward to returning! Please note a couple of cons though: 1) there is a lot of loud construction in the area and 2) they really don't offer much in the way of Expedia VIP offerings (free cafe beverage) so if these things bother you take that into account. Overall, I highly recommend this place.
