This place was absolutely unsanitary and un safe, the shower has mold and the shower head is being held together by a grocery store plastic bag with no hot water. Had to use shoes in shower . After using towels, another persons hair was ALL over my body. Sand in the sheets which means they just made the bed, not changed sheets. Not even the tv worked. The windows dont lock and have no screen so literally anyone can walk up to my window and just climb in!!!! Only good thing about this dump was the Minute walk to the beach. Also they advertised this place to have a living room and separate bedroom, which is not the case . My closet is bigger than this entire room

Definitely doesn't look like anything in the pictures. Expected a lot more. The entire building smells like cigarette. Windows are dirty. And the room had a funky smell.

La cercanía a la playa y la conveniencia del sector. Sin embargo, el baño tenía un serio problema en la bañera, la cual había sido pintada reciente con una pintura que se iba descascarando con cada uso y esa capas de pintura se adherían a los pies y costaba retirarla sino se enjuagaban rápidamente. El callejón que está a un costado del edificio suele tener gente que hace mucho ruido de noche.

Our shower was literally so broken and we contacted them to fix it and no one reached back out to us. We contacted them multiple times and they just ignored our calls. We also had to ask for more towels because the shower was broken and the water was splashing everywhere and no one responded. Our bed was also broken which is honestly disgusting. It just seemed really filthy and the windows were so dirty I didn’t even want to touch the blinds. I know it’s cheap but I would of rather paid an extra hundred dollars and stayed somewhere nicer just to not experience this again. Do not waste your money, spend another hundred dollars it comes and goes trust me.

Only thing likable about this property is that its very close to the beach. You can literally walk for 5 mins and reach the North beach.

Cockroach and mold

When we arrived a smell of mold could be sensed straight away. Old couch hasn't been clean in over a decade. Once I woke up, a cockroach was waiting for me by the couch. Upon complaining I requested refund but it was denied. A new room was promised but it was not given instead a clean up was offered. Hotels.com offered a 5 euro voucher, which I think it is very disrespectful. After that I felt offended and booked a new room because no human deserve to leave in this place. I hope Hotels.com remove this place from their website.

Me gusto la ubicación . La ducha bien . NO ME GUSTO: Aire acondicionado roto pérdida de agua constante en el piso . No funcionaba el secador de pelo. La cama fue un horror , nos levantamos con mucho dolor de espalda. No tenía perchas Solo había un tenedor, una cuchara y dos cuchillos. No tenía vasos. Una sola silla. La puerta de la habitación no tenía pestillo en la cerradura. La cajonera no se podía abrir ya que hacia tope con la pared.

Disappointing

The hotel location is pretty good. North Beach is not so crowded as the South Beach, which worked for us. But the Hotel is disappointing. There was a moldy smell in the air, the room and bathroom is really small and the be is not at all comfy. There was hair in the bathroom sink too. Will not go back.

It was very clean except from the towels. Its an OK place, the area is terrible and the smell of the apartment was really bad (like moist). I wouldnt stay here again, only did it bc of a mix up in tfavel plans but if u r looking for 1-2 days stay is ok.
