"Staff were helpful at front desk. However the hotel itself could've been maintained better. Walkways and walls were dirty. I also did get stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes at one point. Which was closed after I was let out."

"We stayed at this hotel after getting off a cruise ship. We arrived way before check in and they were happy to store our luggage until our room was ready. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and the food was delicious!
We enjoyed walking around the property and my kids loved seeing the lizards and a couple of iguanas. The pool and bar were great. There was not hot water when my husband had a shower but I called the front desk and they were able to fix it quickly. The construction didn’t bother...

Breakfast, and nice staff. Shuttle only runs on the hour so if you arrive after the hour you might want to taxi to the property vs waiting a full hour for the next shuttle."
