There was no personnel at the front desk. The only communication that I was able to have with anybody was through WhatsApp. And it was very limited. The conversation was friendly but it wasn't helpful. And it would end before the request was over. I asked for assistance with luggage storage upon arrival and departure. I was told to go through the process. And there's nobody there to process it. I had to run around the property to locate someone to help me. My husband and I both have been sick since we left there. The temperature was set at 69° when we arrived at the room. We left it at that temperature overnight and I got up to turn it up to 72 in the morning. And within 10 minutes I was coughing. Something was in the air in that room as the temperature increased. I've had two days where I have been sick and wheezy and headaches and fever. I don't know what happened in that room but there's something going on in 3104. Also it was so bright in that room during sleeping hours that there was no way to get a good night's sleep. I would suggest providing your patrons with sleep masks. The incoming light off of the walkway makes it feel like it stays daylight continually in that window.
The location was incredible. That's the only positive thing I can say about it. The room appeared clean until I turned on the lights next to the bed and I could see that it hasn't been dusted in a while. I don't know if I would stay there again, honestly.
Pretty miserable experience.
