"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Fontainebleau. The condition of the room fell far below expectations for a hotel of this reputation and price point. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably unclean, with dirty carpeting and an overall lack of proper housekeeping standards. Additionally, several fixtures were outdated or not functioning properly, including broken light fixtures and a malfunctioning door key reader, which created unnecessary inconvenience.
Equally concerning was the level of service. Interactions with staff were consistently unprofessional and, at times, outright rude, which only compounded the negative experience.
Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. I would not recommend this property based on my experience."
