"The hotel was great and the staff was all very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help you. I paid $234.28 for a one night stay which I was told that was the price with taxes. When I checked out I was charged another $69.55 valet parking, $59.00 for resort charge leisure, $4.13 RM state tax and $3.54 RM occupancy/tourism tax for a total of $136.22. On top of that I tipped the valet $30.00. If the total was $234.28with taxes when I booked why did I have to pay all these other expenses? Would not recommend them for that reason alone."

"Affordable good quality, clean hotel in good location. Breakfast included was also pretty good. Valet parking was problematic and often negatively impacted the traffic flow through the pretty small drop off/pick up area, worse yet when rain was falling. Some front desk staff could have a better attitude and be more service oriented."

"My granddaughter and I both had neck pillows for sleeping on the airplane. Mine was blue and hers was pink. She had it tied to her suitcase and when her uncle DON brought her suitcase into our room the pink neck pillow was on her suitcase. The next morning we left around 10 and put out the do not disturb sign, we returned around 5 o’clock and at eight we started packing things up, and the pink pillow is gone nowhere to be found."
