The location is waking distance to little Havana and the baseball stadium. It is not noisy. Hard to find street parking. The rooms is nice. Hard to find utensils. Window rolling blinds are some broken. Underneath beds and sofas are not vacuumed a long while. The shower floor edge is not clean. Otherwise okay place to stay.

The property itself is nice and clean and very close to Calle 8 and to LoanDepot park. Communication during the check in was good with the host. However it was one of my worst stays. I was on the second floor, and the last step when you reach the landing was loose, anyone can trip and fall down the stairs! Next was the daily housekeeping. No one cleaned our unit Tue-Fri not even to take out garbage or replace towels. There were holes behind the doors which I took pictures prior as well. The bed was squeaky I didn’t even want to turn to avoid the noise. The shower had small ants and looked like it was not properly cleaned. The bathroom mirror had blonde hair on it. The washer and dryer were out of service so good luck washing your clothes before traveling back! Other guests accessed the pool area at 2am in the morning! Loud noises and celebrations at 2am did not allow us to sleep! There are no time restrictions for the pool area whatsoever! If you are looking for a place to relax this is not it! I would only recommend if you are going to be there for a day or less!

I am extremely disappointed with how this property handled a serious issue involving fraud. A reservation was made using my Expedia account and credit card without my authorization. I did not book the stay, did not approve the charge, and did not stay at the property. I reported the issue as soon as I became aware of it, yet the property refused to cancel the reservation or issue a refund, effectively holding me financially responsible for a fraudulent booking. There was no willingness to investigate or resolve the matter fairly, despite clear communication that this was unauthorized use. This experience has been stressful, frustrating, and unacceptable. I would strongly caution future guests to be aware that if an issue arises especially one involving fraud, this property may not provide support or act in good faith. I expected better accountability and customer service through a platform like Expedia and this property.

We never were able to check in, the reservation was not ready at 4 pm and when we did finally get the access codes they didn’t work. The host could not confirm if the rooms had been cleaned. I cancelled this reservation and went else where

Excellent property. When the registration came in the E Mail it had me worried that it was a scam since it had a link to put in my info. It should be done through the hotels.com App or an agent to protect peoples credit cards. I had no idea if the email was legit so I called the resort to confirm.

Great experience. I ended up here after a terrible stay at a hotel. The staff was very pleasant and the whole property was super clean. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would change is the dryer did not work very well and there was no iron in the apartment. But when I requested an iron, they brought it right away.

Located close to all kinds of fun activities. Pool was amazing! The only negative was the noise. Other occupants of the building partied till 3 am. They were fighting and yelling preventing us from getting a good night sleep. It would have been nice if someone was on site to keep other tenants from ruining a great stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Check-in communication was difficult at best. There were ants in windowsills. No blankets on bed. None of the TVs worked. No hot water. No one on site to fix. Housekeeping staff didn’t speak any English. This isn’t a secure property when guests leave main door wide open. The entire building and our room wreaked of pot. This is in a very sketchy area. We were scheduled for two nights. Only spent one. Worst place we’ve ever stayed.

All though they told me the size before hand,you couldn't get a feel for the room until you arrived to the room.the kitchen area was too small,the units are closely packed to each other which made them very noisy . Wouldn't recommend for family.parking was not good street parking only.no private parking.

If you want to dive headfirst into the Cuban culture of Little Havana, this is the perfect place to stay. If you are looking for something close to loan depot stadium, this is the perfect place to stay. Now, if you are looking to have a sure parking spot that you do not have to carry your items a block or more this is not the place to stay. You do have to fight for street parking on a one-way street. That is extremely congested. If you do not mind a very dirty neighborhood with lots of trash Just looking for a spot to lay your head at night. This is the perfect place to stay. If you are looking for a private pool and hot tub that does not come with a pool boy you will need to scoop out all of the leaves before use then this is the perfect place for you! If you do not mind staying in an apartment style two stories with I believe 5 to 7 apartments you can hear everyone coming and going. It was very loud door slamming day and night you bring something to drown out some of the sound, this is the perfect spot for you.

Looks nice but poor maintenance.

First impression at arrival was a dead pigeon on the sidewalk. Door code was confusing. Upon entry, the whole building smelled like rotten onion. The hot tub didn’t work, and the pool area closes at dusk. In the room, there were hair follicles in the main bed, and the sofa had many fingernails and skin particles on it. The electrical outlets sometimes drained my phone. Kitchen had no bottle or wine opener. Shower water was never hot, just warm. No laundry detergent in room. Fresh towels were delivered daily and trash was removed by staff.

Perfect for a visit to little Havana. The hotel is clean, the surrounding area is trash ridden and beaten down. Don’t let this scare you. It felt safe enough. Explore the live music and the salsa dancing 💃 it’s a neighborhood. Isn’t that why we are going to little Havana? To explore the culture.

Nice place to stay in Little Havana area

The property is in the Little Havana area and the building is in great condition for the area. Our unit had a balcony facing the pool and was comfortable. Nice 2 bedroom unit with enough room for up to 4. A few items in our unit did not work like the clothes dryer and one of the window pull down shades in the bathroom. The pool was nice and clean but the hot tub/jacuzzi jets didn't work and water was same temperature as pool. Not big deals but annoying considering the cost per night. A few things to keep in mind when staying at this resort is that street parking can be challenging if renting a vehicle as no onsite parking. The property can be pretty noisy with airplanes from MIA flying low overhead all day and night and roosters crowing starting early morning. (wild chickens and roosters roam the streets freely) 8th street which is the main street in Little Havana with all the restaurants, shops and bars is only a short walk away. We enjoyed our stay but would not consider this a Lux Retreat.

Wonderful local spot!

Absolutely wonderful place!! 5 blocks walk to Calle Ocho and felt safe walking home at night. The host was so helpful and very kind!!
