I paid for a reservation from December 29 to December 31.
I arrived at the hotel at approximately 5:00am on December 30 and attempted to check in.
I understand forfeiting the first night due to late arrival. However, I was present on December 30 for the second night, which I had fully paid for.
Reselling the room while retaining my payment constitutes double-charging for the same night. I am requesting a refund for the unused night (December 30–31).
If this matter is not resolved, I will pursue a chargeback and escalate the complaint to consumer protection authorities.
