The room was clean but, the cleaner used left behind a less than desirable smell that we had to adjust to every time we entered. The staff was friendly but didn’t interact with them much. They seemed to know very little English. The elevator was out of service for most of our stay. The secure parking accommodations were full upon arrival so we had to park outside at the same cost. The secured parking lot was very tight so we opted to continue to stay parked outside when spots became available inside. The rooms were not as spacious as portrayed online and some fixtures were missing. I would have liked to have a hairdryer available so I didn’t have to pack one and it would be nice if some towel hooks were installed so we could hang them to dry after use. All in all, we had a good stay aside from these mentionable things. The price was more affordable than most with the accommodations we were looking for and Roami at the Palace was very close to stores and restaurants. It worked for us!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I would never stay here again. Cleanliness - the tub was stained, sticky spots on the floor, orange stained sheet on the pull out couch, and the grout in the bathroom looked non existent and full of dirt Functionality - the plates provided are too big to fit in the dishwasher, the lights in the court yard stay on until 6 am and with there being windows pointing towards there if you sleep on the pull out couch you’re going to have to deal with the brightness. In terms of blankets for the additional bedding (couch and cot) that is mentioned, there is one super thin blanket. The building is right on the flight path and there is no sound barrier whatsoever, you can hear everything in the building and out. Security - despite being a secure building there was a homeless man sleeping in the court yard right outside the door.

The elevator was broken the day we checked in and had to bring all luggage up the stairs. The apartment floor was dirty like it had never been mopped or clean in any way. Ceiling in bathroom was missing a piece and apartment could use some paint. Parking is very convenient and location is great.

Clean, spacious, vibrant neighborhood

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and in a location with lots of museums, restaurants and access to public transportation. However, there is no pool at the location in the design district.

Place looked exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood. In an area close to mostly everything. Parking would be the only concern if you’re renting a car. There is a garage but it’s limited spaces. There is street parking but you have to pay. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a decent place to stay and not break the bank!!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Apartment war groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt war. Die Küche war super und wirklich das Highlight der Wohnung! Wir konnten kochen, waschen und hatten sogar Kaffee zur Verfügung was es wirklich erleichtert hat am Morgen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Checkin und checkout war wirklich sehr einfach und angenehm! Wir waren zu zweit aber es hätten auch 6 Personen in das Apartment gepasst. Wir können es absolut empfehlen und würden wiederkommen!

We had a superb week at Roami's The Palace. Everything was perfect. Details made us feel at home. Two bedrooms offered us privacy and comfort. Sara was really helpful. Easy check-in and out. (Party of 3)

We were a party of five, with four adults and a toddler, but we felt the two-bedroom apartment was sometimes a little tight. However, the location is very close, within a 20-minute drive, to most activities that we wanted to do while we were in Miami. The apartment was clean beyond our expectations, and we would have given a 5-star rating overall if the coffee maker had been working. :-)

Amazing stay

I was pleasantly surprised by how great my experience was at Roami at the Palace. I booked a week stay with my boyfriend and a separate room for my family. The check in / code issue has been resolved with a lovely front desk host who will solve all your problems (thank you Sara for being amazing). She explained how to use the lockers to leave your bags before the 4pm check in time. The door codes were easy to use and helpful when sharing a room with 4 people. As for the rooms they were so handy and so much space offered. 2 beds, 1 bathroom with a full kitchen. I didn't expect to be able to cook so much on my trip but they offer a hot plate, pans, drip coffee, a big fridge, a toaster & blender- along with all the other kitchen cutlery and necessities. They provide plenty of towels, the quality of everything was up to standard. If you ever needed anything the front desk and cleaning lady provided it. And they even have a dishwasher and washing machine that worked perfectly & they offer all soaps for it.. crazy. Hot water & wifi worked perfectly at all times. Overall I had such a great time I was ready to rebook for our next visit. Will recommend to all my family and friends. The location is incredible if you're visiting Miami for the first time. It's walking distance to Miami design district, midtown and wynwood. I wasn't sure what to expect because of the lack of reviews, but wow I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Experiência positiva

Minha estadia no Roami at The Palace foi uma experiência bastante positiva. O apartamento é espaçoso, bem equipado e disponibiliza café e chá. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem preparados, com toalhas, roupas de cama e travesseiros extras à disposição. A localização é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso a lojas como Target, Ross e Marshalls com uma rápida caminhada. Além disso, é possível explorar bairros próximos a pé, como Wynwood e Design District, o que foi um grande ponto positivo. Por se tratar de uma hospedagem longa, senti falta de itens básicos para limpeza do piso e do banheiro. A cozinha é funcional, equipada com um fogão elétrico de duas bocas, ideal para estadias curtas, mas pode ser limitada para quem planeja cozinhar com mais frequência. Houve um contratempo no último dia, quando o Wi-Fi deixou de funcionar. O que foi um pequeno inconveniente. Também vale mencionar que o check-in requer atenção especial, pois não há recepção no local. As instruções são enviadas por e-mail, e é importante segui-las cuidadosamente para evitar problemas.
