I am astonished how they are open. It’s the most disgusting place I’ve ever have stayed. We booked a king with sofa bed. Doesn’t exist. No air conditioning in the rooms we went through three rooms each more disgusting than the last. We couldn’t find any other place. The final room black mold blowing out the vent all over the toilet we all couldn’t breathe. The pool closes at 7. It was so gross half the elevator would work no ice the place should be condemned and closed. I want a full refund.

The beds were leaning on the floor felt like you were sleeping on brick. The shower had a hole in the floor covered by paint or something so you had to stand sideways to bathe not to mention the water only got like warm. No ice machine no fridge no microwave. Room looked nothing like the pictures shown in the advertisement. Very disappointed with this stay

Room was updated but also dirty. Out of the three towels in the bathroom two were stained with makeup. All the guests I encountered were either drunk or with bottles. I felt unsafe, thank god it was only one night. The hotel was probably nice in the 80’s now they should close it down. Also there are construction on the west side so be ready to be waken up by the noise. I would never go back to this hotel.

I know it's Florida but the air conditioner is on at least 50° and you cannot change the temperature or turn it off. No light in the bedroom. It was a last minute pick just for one night wouldn't I have stayed a second night?

Checked into the hotel, everything was okay,paid the deposit, asked when did breakfast start, was told they only had tea & coffee. Finally went to the room, our key didn’t work so we had to ask staff to open the door for us before going back downstairs to get a new key. The main elevators wasn’t working so I had to use the side elevators which would take longer because everyone is using them. Asked to get some ice from the ice machine but was told the ice machine is broken. Noticed when checking in we only had 1 wash cloth, asked for more but was told they usually only give out 1 per room, which is confusing because why? When there are two travelers. The toilet wouldn’t flush right so we had to keep flushing it. Housekeeping came one time, took all of the towels and washcloths but returned nothing. Mind you this is a three day stay, I told the front desk they said they will drop some more towels off to my room, but none came. Overall I rate it 1/10. There isn’t really a lot of good amenities here but the AC. I noticed the bed was pretty comfortable, but as I was packing up I noticed the sheets really haven’t been changed, which is a health hazard. Honestly this hotel needs to be shut down, the staff was nice and friendly, but I would not recommend. DO NOT COME HERE UNTIL THEY REMODEL THE WHOLE BUILDING!

Unless this is your only option, don't go there. The place is an outdated motel style. The air conditioning is either on or off no in between. No ice maker, water machine, fridge or coffemaker. Musty smell everywhere. Don't let the pictures trick you. I have no pictures because I'd rather not have memories of that night.

Room hot and moldy. Floors and bedding was damp and musty. All around the building seems to be cracking and mold filling the cracks. I will never stay here again. This hotel needs a complete redo.

AC was stuck on one speed, no hand soap, only 3 bottles of shampoo. The 2 pillows on the king size bed were tiny toddler size. Outlets were loose and falling off the wall. Lamp switches are broken and difficult to operate. The main elevator is broken so i had to walk all the way around to get to the stairwell. There were police investigating a crime down the hall. I could hear fighting and yelling outside that evening. Trash and litter all over the property. Homeless people roaming around outside. Not a comfortable place to stay.

El hotel es antiguo y le falta mantenimiento. Igualmente, las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, el estacionamiento (de pago) te deja directamente en el piso de tu habitación y la ubicación es muy buena. Por el precio está muy bien.

Room is fair. Property is you get what you pay for. The staff is wonderful. The exterior can't be mentioned as there is a lot of construction in the area. If you're traveling alone for work and need a bed then this does fine. It could use an overhaul.

couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, even called choice hotels 800 number and they tried calling the manager and still couldn't get anyone to answer. eventually they let one of their " friends " in and we had to wait while they shared an ice cream bar before they would check us in...( it was so bizarre, you can't make up what a weird experience it was) room was sticky and smelled like a combination of fabuloso and body odor and both mattress had large deep concave holes. you could see daylight around most areas of the door and the window looked into a concrete wall. Only stay here if you feel like punishing yourself.

Room had roaches woke up with welps all over my body for possibility from bed bug or dirt sheets then to park my car in the parking spot for the hotel it tock a hour and a half because the girl in the front kept falling sleep

This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. Our room was 53 degrees when we arrived. To solve the issue power was cut to our room. There was no option for heat. The bathroom did not have a fan. The water ran in the shower when the water was turned off. The spray of the water in shower was inconsistent. The toilet did not work and it ran continuously. There was no ice available in the property. I was told the ice machine was not working. There were only 2 chairs available in the whole pool area.

The hotel is quite old, and many of the furnishings show clear signs of wear and age. The rooms would greatly benefit from renovation and updated furniture. The air conditioning unit was also very old, extremely noisy, and did not have a heating mode, which made the stay less comfortable. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made the experience more pleasant. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the parking was convenient and sufficient. Overall, while the service and amenities were decent, the condition of the rooms and facilities needs significant improvement.

Room was beat up and there were hairs. On towels. When booking from pictures and when you enter the lobby it looks excellent. When you get to the room it looks like a roach motel. Ice machine didnt work and there is only one. No working water fountains and only vending machines for food. Also rooms were like ice boxex and there was no heat at all.
