The apartment of floor to ceiling windows was very nice and spacious. Unfortunately the cleaning of it was a bit subpar with dust on much of the trim work/lamps. Unfortunately a number of lights did not work (incl some in master bath). We made 3 requests for maintenance—each w a quick reply msg that it would be addressed shortly with no one ever showing up—they stated they came & fixed the balcony light—yet there wasn’t even a light out there at all! Lol. Also we had no chairs on the balcony and had to carry kitchen chairs out everytime we wanted to sit outside—we were also told those would be delivered—never to be seen. Upon departure we asked about using luggage lockers so we could get brunch and we were told no. 😔
Overall a nice apartment w a very convenient location and decent price but no service to speak of.
