I had to leave the property because the neighbor was danger . I lose my money And there was no refund not and all. I had to leave because when I went to buy something with my sons, some people ask for money in a violent way. I gave the reasons to the owners and I ask for help to rent in another place. Nothing happened and with expedia the same thing. It’s cheaper but it’s not safe for families or similar. Dark streets, people drinking in the streets and ask for money. Was horrible and nobody help with nothing, becouse I had to pay in another place dagger and they don’t refund nothing to help us.

The room I stayed in was very clean, they have central a/c but it was never too hot or too cold. The bathroom was very clean and everything from the bedsheets and the towels were organized.

The house is in need of repairs! The ceiling is literally falling apart in multiple places. I have pics. The toilet seat was about to break right off. The a/c was turned off upon arrival, my room was a sauna! Very uncomfortable. The bed was ridiculous, i literally sunk down in the middle, it felt like a mattress for a child, not a full grown adult. Very Cheap! And the neighborhood was very run down. I should get a refund for this.

There is 5 rooms in total, tiny but functional kitchen, a bathroom and plenty parking space. I wouldn't walk around in the area after dark. Location is convenient for shopping, food, express way and the beach being within short driving distance. The room was small but clean and generally tidy. The bathroom required a few repairs, although it was also kept tidy. However, my window faced directly onto the patio, where guests regularly smoked. The smoke entered my room immediately and filled the space, which was very uncomfortable. Additionally, one tenant spent most nights on the patio being noisy. Walls are thin, so can hear everything. There was also an issue with food being taken without permission and tenants leaving dirty dishes or rubbish around.

The room size was only 60 sq. ft., which is equivalent to a 10’ x 6’ space. While the listing photos made the room appear much larger, the actual room provided was extremely small and did not match the description or expectations set by the images. I have photos to support this. This was a very disappointing and misleading experience, and I believe Expedia should reconsider listing properties that present such a significant mismatch between advertised and actual room conditions.

Way below normal standards unless you’re a frat boy If it’s all you have for a budget have at it. Window air conditioning with shared outlet. Shared bathroom for 5 rooms. Water leaks and tape your mouth shut

I got the ease of check-in during my stay experience, I was able to park on the driveway with no issues. The community tends to be a little noisy during the night. Although there is air conditioning, I ended up bringing my own fan to sleep throughout the night and it also helped with noise cancellation from the other rooms or the outside. Overall, it was OK experience for someone that works most of the day and just need somewhere to sleep. There’s a nice little terrace on the front for anyone that would enjoy sitting outside. The neighborhood doesn’t seem the most appealing or safe but during my stay as a solo female traveler, it turned ok. There is one shared bathroom that I saw and cleaned every day although I only stayed two nights. Just keep in mind that every guest experience is different just because of the other different guests that are also staying at the same time as you. It was nice to have a pretty big room with a TV.

This is not a hotel, it's a old house in wich the owner rent rooms with only one bathroom for all the rooms. No towels, no soap, no place to hang your clothes. The neighborhood isn't safe,and the owner never shows his face. This is a scam
