Tidak Disukai: Komunikasi
Positives: clean space, comfortable bed and right off Sunset Drive in the heart of South Miami. Negatives: don’t ever need anything like hot water or if coffee mugs spontaneously separate as you wash them because you will only talk to bots and AI. I talked to one human who said they would fix the hot water and when I returned from a day out, it was actually colder. I reported the cold water as much as I could but got tired of automated responses. So after my fourth cold shower, I cut my trip short. They didn’t even offer me anything, not a discount, an apology, nothing. I will be coming back to Miami but I will DEFINITELY not stay here.

Good food in the area, lots of options. Looks a little old inside and sometimes people leave the door unlocked so make sure to lock your unit.

Amazing location, clean and convenient. Wish I could say I did all the amazing tourist things one should do in the heart of South Miami, but my stay was organized around a family member in South Baptist Hospital five blocks away, so it wasn’t a vacation. The hotel is great, though. Older property, and there are places where screws and nails into plaster are showing a little age. But the room was impeccably clean, very cute with a fun modern vibe, and the little conveniences were mostly there. (Maybe bring your own sharp knife if you’re going to do any light cooking.) Don’t expect to get parking within a block, as the hotel is in a busy restaurant/ commercial strip, and the *one* hotel parking spot is for the staff. Instead, walk a block and a half to the Metrorail parking structure on the west side of US-1. It’s $5/day to park, and if you ride the Metrorail it becomes even cheaper. I’m not a fan of online-only check-in & communication, but given the size of this place, it does make sense. Four stars in those categories because there’s sometimes a bit of a delay there — but five stars in every other category you’d ask for in a cozy South Miami getaway.
