Room was dirty, including sheets and walls. Bathroom door was partially off the hinges. The restaurant was closed at 6pm on a Monday night- which was a huge disappointment as this was one thing we wanted from a hotel. Hotel is located in an industrial area so there is not really anything besides Taco Bell within walking distance. We checked in and immediately got online to find a new hotel.

The location is fine, but the linen is horrible, smell bad and even hairs on them, the bed smell like dirty cloth I used to stay there but I’m very disappointed this time

Parking was great. Did not like their towels; towels were old, thin and only two towels available per day. Breakfast was very limited on items provided. Plates, cups and utensils were styrofoam, the lesser quality available. The coffee maker makes only one cup and the small refrigerator in the room was disconnected when I arrived. I had to move furniture to connect it myself. I will not stay or recommend this location

Por dentro las instalaciones son buenas y el hotel es bonito. Lo único que no me gustó fue que el shuttle desde el aeropuerto hacia el hotel no tiene un horario específico y tuve que esperar aproximadamente 45 mins. El hotel no está cerca del aeropuerto, más o menos un trayecto de 30 minutos así que tome previsiones. En cuanto el shuttle del hotel hacia el aeropuerto es aproximadamente cada 2h, así que también es factor a considerar y nunca lo vi en la página del hotel al momento de hacer la reserva.

Staff was excellent, rooms comfortable and clean. Very noisy at pool during the day due to Jets, realizing not much you can do. Also, late night party in bar quite loud and came into rooms. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Overall it was a good hotel for the night. The shuttle to the cruise port was a nice option. The shuttle that was supposed to run until 11 at the airport only went until 8:30, so that was disappointing.

The hotel overall was fine. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. However, the breakfast was horrible. Stick to the cereal. Note that it is not an ideal location for travelling into Miami.

The room was fine. Got a low rating because the airport shuttle was important to us. It is a first come first serve situation with only one trip per time slot. We were at the desk at 5:30 AM for a 6:00 AM shuttle. It was already filled. Not happy! Took a Uber.

Nous avions loué une chambre pour 4 personnes. Il y avait deux serviettes sales sur le plancher et deux pliées sur le comptoir avec des taches de make-up dessus. Il y avait des cheveux dans le lit, c'était franchement dégueulasse.

Malheureusement le service de navette entre l'aéroport et l'hôtel n'est pas adéquat. Nous avons demandé à Uber pour nous apporter à l'hôtel. Un 40$ de perdu. Pour le reste l'hôtel est très bien.
