"The place is big, ample parking, good location.
I found nail clippings on the floor, the glass I got had lipstick marks on it, the fork I got had food stuck on it, I found hairs on the on the floor."

"If you're looking for a high-class, top-shelf, affordable place to stay in Brickell, this is the spot. It's close to everything, it's super clean, the staff is friendly, they're very quick to respond, and the top-notch service and cleanliness overall five stars isn't enough. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Miami to stay here; you will not regret it. I will continue to stay here from now on when I come down to Miami. Excellent, excellent, excellent."

"Logement très bien situé dans Miami Beach. Chambre fonctionnelle, très grande et propre dans l'ensemble. Un réfrigérateur et une machine à café sont disponibles mais pas de coin cuisine. La salle de bain est grande également par contre l'évier est petit, les joints de la baignoire sont à reprendre et le pommeau de douche, plein de calcaire, devrait être nettoyé ou remplacé. Le logement est calme dans l'ensemble mais il n'y a pas de store ou de rideau occultant et on entend quand même assez bien...

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine.
