"The owner was very kind, the room was clean with comfortable beds and had more amenities than advertised (hairdryer, iron & ironing board). There is also express checkout and free parking. The aircon hasn’t been used in a while as some black specks blew out of it but it functioned well."

"we were in level 2, so didn't really get a view but thr location was fantastic. it's great secure parking was included, not the cleanest- eg Dusty drawers and vacuum was not emptied when we arrived but the positives still made this a fantastic stay. I would stay again and will consider a superior room assuming that will give me a higher floor."

"This hotel is surrounded by construction. The light rail at the front and a construction site out the back. The noise of cutting cement at 3 pm was not pleasant. Although the hotel mentioned this in their website, Expedia did not. "

"Perfect location right across from the beach, a couple of great cafes close by like Commune and short walk to James St. Stayed in a standard apartment which with could do with a freshen up but is adequate for the price. Nice pool, spa and family holiday vibes! "

"Complete false advertising…. The room I booked and the pictures on “my confirmation” were NOTHING like what I got. I’ve never had this problem with a booking through Wof If before but this was absolutely terrible. The room and view was absolutely nothing like what I thought I was booking and what I actually paid for…. Extremely disappointed!! "
