The lock on my door was broken, which was pretty scary considering the condition of the hotel look like any weirdo could come in. It smelled awful."

" The hotel looks nice from the outside, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match. The issues started with the elevator. One of them would not close on its own—I literally had to hold the “close door” button the entire time just to get it to move. Otherwise, it would keep opening over and over, which was frustrating and inconvenient. When I got to my room, things didn’t improve. "There are NO EMPLOYEES at this hotel. Check in / out is a KIOSK ... no employees to help elderly people. I had to help a older man operate the KIOSK, help him get his luggage and his wife from vehicle .. she was in a wheelchair.... another man had NO TV in the room, lady on the KIOSK said SORRY I can not help you !! in the morning, 8:50 am 2 men were removing the food for breakfast.... I asked why he was in a rush.. he looked at me grabbed the food and toasters and walked away..... ...
