It took almost 30 minutes because the office staff was more concerned with talking amongst themselves rather than helping actually get us checked in. We kept having to remind them we were still there and trying to get a key, and we were the only people there! "I gave this property “ok” ratings because of the price and location between Ft Lauderdale Airport and the Miami cruise terminals. The hotel is in disrepair and old, but I guess as clean as it can be for the age. It could definitely use some TLC! The neighborhood is a bit seedy so I wouldn’t stay here with children. "The place was cute, clean very close to the water and pool. Ideal location and view. The check in and check out needs improvement. I was made to wait in long lines. Walking is a challenge for I am handicapped. I prepaid to extend my stay. They wouldn’t let me pay deposits or get a parking pass the night before and made me come back the next morning to stand in line again.
