"I had a great experience at Hotel Augusta Palace in Rome. "This hotel is close to Termini station and from there its easy to get around Rome. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is very clean. The room was spacious and cleaning staff did a good job keeping it clean and restocking towels (etc) Breakfast had a varied selection of food and kept it stocked. Will definitely stay here on our next trip to Rome."

"Booked a superior twin room. Did not receive that...or at least the room I was given didn't come anywhere close to the photos. Photos show a comfortably sized room with beds and a sofa. The room I received barely had enough space for the two beds (which were pressed together), there was no sofa (even if there was a single twin bed there wouldn't have been room for a sofa).
