"This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge. On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...

"It is a sprawling property with rooms located in various locales varying in quality. For a conventional hotel room I would recommend a “tower” room. Breakfast is a pretty standard buffet. There is a small guest laundry with two washers. The bar in the atrium is only sometimes serving in the evening, but the small selection of food is pretty good."
