"The staff at La Quinta were very nice, especially the lady at the front desk. I had issues from the very start. The air conditioner was very loud so I asked for another room. Then the room I did have did not have a working telephone so I had to use my own phone to contact the front desk about the shower door that didn’t close and water was spilling out. The television was an old, outdated, and small one, which I never encountered in modern hotel chains. You would expect that in MOTELS not...

"I booked 3 rooms under my name to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. I was told that we could not all be on the same floor even though I booked these rooms under one name months ago. Very poor oversight with their management in my opinion. Why would someone book 3 rooms and not want those rooms by each other? Indoor pool was very dirty.
