"The room was clean but had some ants. Breakfast was okay, with lots of choices; however, if you are staying more than 2 nights, it is the same exact breakfast every day. Overall the staff was helpful."

"Check in was quick and easy but girl checking us in at desk was aloof and chilly. Room smelled faintly of smoke or and musty and had to crack windows. Room was clean and appeared to have new tub/ shower. No bathroom vent. Breakfast included was make your own waffles, cereal, bread, bagels and apples.plus coffee and juice. Have stayed here many times and have seen the upgrading in remodels. Underwhelmed by over all experience. Get a warmer welcome and fresh smelling room else where. "

"When we arrived, we were told we had to pay an extra "environmental fee" (about $6.86 for 2 nights) to pay for some fee the city adds. (there was NO indication of this when I made the reservation). The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. But it said, in the paperwork we were given at check-in,that housekeeping wouldn't come in the room until we left, but they still did. Parking wasn’t very good. The TV channel selection was not good either. Entrance nearest elevator was uneven and hard to pull the cart in. THE WiFi wasn’t good. (My devices immediately came up with a warning not to use their WiFi and it was pretty weak to boot). "

"The room was a little musty smelling in areas. I should have said sometging but our view was worth it. The price was great and I would stay there again. The cleaning staff was exceptionally polite and hard working. "

"We stayed for a week, 6 nights in a King Balcony room. Fantastic service, views, and atmosphere. Our favorite part of the motel was the bonfires nightly from 7-10pm on the beach, looking out at the lake. Highly recommend."
