"They need to do some maintenance and upgrades on this property. Walls have plaster patches all over them that haven’t been sanded down or painted over. Bedding is old and fabric is pilled. I did think that the sheets were clean. The front desk was friendly. For over $150 a night, I expected a better maintained hotel."

"Room was neat and tidy. Sink was outside the bathroom, but it worked. Overall good room for the price. Close to lake so you could walk to the show and bridge."

"It's a motor hotel, so you know it's not fancy when you book it. What made it great was that it clean, the staff made a very late check in (1AM) very easy, and it was much more reasonable price than other hotels in the area. It's a no frills but very clean and well run place. Would definitely book again when I'm in the area. Friendly staff too."

"Very clean room & property. One of the only properties I have seen where it's clear they do deep cleaning and try to get nooks & crannies. Staff was friendly. Pool room was also clean and well maintained. Would easily stay again."
