"I was first placed in a dirty room but they were very quick and efficient to move me which was great b/c I don’t like first floor rooms. In my second room on 2nd floor the window lock was broken so I couldn’t lock it. Uncomfortable but being in 2nd floor helped. Clock in the room nor working or unplugged?? Just used my fon for the clock. Breakfast area very clean and orderly and good. Parking lot had potholes but they were there fixing them today. Staff VERY friendly!!! "

"They pick the doors after 9pm but didn’t have any signage telling me what to do. Finally got inside only to be given a key to an occupied room. Then got given a room in a “quiet area” but was next to a barking dog. This was all around 11:30pm. I had my 4 month old baby with me. I didn’t feel safe. This was clearly a hotel people actually live in, not just stay in. I ended up leaving and driving the 2 hours home instead of staying. "My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it wasn't and stunk of cigarettes. When I got there I rang the doorbell to check in, after several time someone showed up and the first thing he said was do you have a reservation? The towels were thin, I had only one washcloth, and there was soap but no shampoo. The ice machine was locked. There was no breakfast, not even coffee! At 8 AM for checking out there was no one at the desk for me to drop my car off with and I was not about to leave it in...
