"need renovations, walls dirty, blankets had cigarette burns in them, water had horrible smell coming from it. i had to buy bottle water to brush my teeth. looks nothing like pictures presented on website."

We were allowed to sit at at the pool and ordered food delivery. No one at the front desk suggested we use the hotel shuttle to obtain food/drinks."
