"The check-in process was terrible. They have no one available to assist you if any issues arise—such as a problem with the Wi-Fi—and when we needed towels, there was absolutely no way to get anyone to help us. They really ought to have someone stationed at the building entrance; the whole experience was truly awful. I arrived in New York at 11:00 PM and wasn't finally able to complete the check-in until 2:00 AM. I’m sorry, but you really need to change your system. The only redeeming qualities...

"We arrived late, and after having our room bookies for four months this hotel over sold our room and still tried to charge us for a room. At every step of the process they tried to scam us out of a hotel room. Eventually they booked us at a place down the road, but not without a fight. I do not recommend staying here, as you will be risking them overselling your room if you don’t arrive in time."
