"Family Friendly, excellent location, only upgraded the breakfast menu!! "

"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"The reason to stay was not good is because we were told by the manager at the hotel that they would let us back in at a later time because we had already booked to get into the room. After explaining that we would be out late the manager then told us that she would be up late in order to let us in because the locks weren’t working and when we got back around 2 AM, 1:30 AM She was nowhere to be found and we were locked out of the hotel the whole day. "The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat! There’s only 2 things I’ll say though: the apartment was very clean, but my bathroom had some really gross paint chipping & pink mold like substance over the shower head. "It is clean, nice size and really nice to have the washer and dryer as well as full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. The location is perfect, close to Newark Airport, Path train and Manhattan. I recommend taking a white noise maker to drown out street noise, although it isn't too bad. Management needs to provide more towels and trash bags."
