"I was in the hotel for 7 days and my room was not accessed to be clean. Hallways are old and dirty. I will not stay there anymore. It seems like they used that hotel for "Shelter"? The Worst selection that I had ever picked."

"I needed a room for 5 people. Booked this hotel because they had a room for 5 available. Found out that the couch for the 5th person was broken, impossible to sleep on it. Overall, its an average hotel."

"The hotel is lovely and well-maintained. When I asked what the $40 daily ‘Destination fee’ meant, I was told it was an additional fee that the hotel levies. Further discussion was no more fruitful, because it is clearly just words to tack on additional costs. Also, no explanation for the refundable $150 damage deposit-per night-a daily charge, albeit refundable, that was tacked on. Why should that charge be applied daily other than to keep the money on their books? Bad business decision."

"Just excellent! Honestly the room didn’t feel thaaat small And it was super clean and bed comfortable. As a single female traveler I felt super safe Everyone front the front desk, to the doorman to the concierge and guy setting up the cabs was a 10/10 in friendliness. Just great."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"The hotel and rooms are old. It's noisy outside. There were workers doing maintenance, which wasn't a great experience. Even though the guy gave us a better room, it still wasn't clean or modern enough. The New Yorker Hotel has a good reputation, and I hope they take better care of it in the future."

"Front desk and front door staff are extremely nice and accommodating. Rooms are classic for the era the hotel was built. French bakery attached to lobby was excellent and the coupons supplied by the hotel essentially cover the cost and a pastry with coffee. Hotel location is pleasant and convenient. I would definitely stay at Hotel Belleclaire again!"
