"The staff should let the guests know by phone that if you don’t get your room cleaned in the morning, they will put a note under your door saying they will enter the room without your permission. I was annoyed because the housekeeping staff saw us and spoke to us upon us leaving the room. My cell phone number was given at check in and it was working. We were out of the room for at least 3 hours. We came back and went to sleep because we drove from Boston and were up late the night before. Communication is important and it’s necessary!"

"Honestly great hotel and staff, literally minutes from American Dream Mall. Only bad thing to say is the pool. Literally a little bit bigger than a hot tub. No one monitors it so at one point there were 30 people in a pool big enough for maybe 10 kids. So great hotel and staff but the tiniest pool ive ever seen."

"Room was dirty, hair on bedsheets, stains on comforter and sheets. Looked like sheets weren’t even changed, pillows are old and flat not fluffy not comfortable, the bathroom door had no handle and I actually got locked in bathroom, toilet also had a hard time flushing, behind sink was gross!! Tub was not clean. Microwave was clean which is crazy cause everything else was bad. Also found needle under bed!!! I had stayed with my two kids one being a baby! Place was gross so no need to put baby on floor that was sticky ! No need to say I wont ever be staying at this place again! "

"Took a half hour to check in. They could not find my expedia reservation in their computer. Noises from squeeking elevator heard in room all night too."

"Staff were so helpful and the valet was amazing! Breakfast was exceptional. The room was fairly clean however did have some stains on the cushions (couch). Overall great stay and I would return."
