"Our room was immaculate. The breakfast at the coffee shop in the lobby area was delicious! The hotel is currently under renovation, but it wasn’t bothersome at all. This was a terrific stay!"

"This place really almost gets it right. Im on the 5th floor. The carpet is just absolutely disgusting. For days it isnt vacuumed and there are no less than 3 large, dark stains in the middle of it. The 2nd and 3rd floors had decent, clean carpeting - the 5th floor is just forgotten I guess. Front desk is routinely unmanned - which can be frustrating. HOWEVER - exterior of property is clean and kept. Rooms are large and so is the TV. Price is great too...so there's that :)"

"There was no WiFi which was a huge barrier for us. It would have been nice to have some fruit options for breakfast. It is really close to American Dream Mall, about a five minute drive. Ordering food was easy and convenient. Parking is a big plus! The kitchenette style room is great for cooking something quick or reheating food. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and customer service oriented! We were checked in quickly and smoothly."

"Having stayed several times over the past six months. The hotel has provided stable, predictable, comfortable, accommodations.. Only minor suggestion is to change the to go cups for coffee. Current cups collapse and make messes, regularly."

"Room 226 had a broken AC, otherwise stay was good. Bus 320 stops just outside and takes you to Manhattan and back for ten bucks. Free parking, good eating is walking distance, with a Walmart nearby also."

"Excellent hotel if you like a quieter NYC neighborhood. Easy subway access or a walk to midtown gets you to many attractions."

"The property was very nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast was great. Many hot and cold options to choose from, which was nice. The staff was attentive. When we had no television service and difficulty connecting to WiFi, someone came to our room to address the problems. Unfortunately, they were not able to rectify the television issue. We were only staying one night so we didn’t protest, but it’s the main reason for the four stars."
