"Hotel was great , small thing walls were really thin could hear both guess on each side when they flushed the toilet. Could also hear the guest upstairs made me feel like I was living in an apartments again. Noise kept me up all night personally but the others slept through it I guess lol"

"The staff at this hotel are amazing. Front desk, room service and restaurant staff. The shuttle service to the train station is fantastic and the drivers are great people. We had so many questions for all of these folks and they were all so helpful and always smiling. Love the entire team working at this hotel! Breakfast - great. Supper at the restaurant in the hotel - AMAZING! Do not miss out! My wife discovered this hotel last year and it is now our go to stay for all trips in the area....

"Our room door battery died for the key fob after we checked in first night . After late night returning with kids we had to have staff change the batteries which was a little inconvenient but they fixed it . Toilet had hair on the seat at time of check in . Breakfast was nice they hade a nice variety of. Staff was available when needed"

"This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Upon checkin the sheets on the bed had human hair in the them: the shower was wet with an open bar of soap in it as if someone had just finish showering; the bathtub need repairing as paint was missing and I had to put a towel down in the tub to take a shower; everything in the room was scratch up or broken and then there was a note on the door informing that the water would be shut off for repair…. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT AN EXTENDED STAY HOTEL!!!"

"Room was dirty, hair on bedsheets, stains on comforter and sheets. Looked like sheets weren’t even changed, pillows are old and flat not fluffy not comfortable, the bathroom door had no handle and I actually got locked in bathroom, toilet also had a hard time flushing, behind sink was gross!! Tub was not clean. Microwave was clean which is crazy cause everything else was bad. Also found needle under bed!!! I had stayed with my two kids one being a baby! Place was gross so no need to put baby on...

"Stayed more than a month. Good as it gets for this price point in this area. Front desk and cleaning staff are friendly and excellent at their duties. Occasional Mary Jane smokers here and there, but importantly, did not see or hear any Tweakers."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately the experience did not match what was advertised. The hotel promotes free WiFi, but I had no internet access during my stay, and on the second night even the TV was not working. I reported the issue to the front desk, but instead of resolving it, I was given an 1-800 technical support number and told to call myself. Honestly, that’s not something guests should have to deal with while on vacation. The only positive aspect is the location...
