Liked the upkeep and service. Liked the far west, out of the way location: though a walk to transit, quieter and less of a zoo. Too few elevators cause lots of delays, but that’s a common problem in NY hotels.

Staff is amazing! Was there for six nights and they made sure everything went well for us. Snow storm made things interesting as my daughter had appointments at HSS but things went very smoothly. Have stayed here many times and will stay again.
