"Staying at this expensive hotel was like camping. The front desk staff did not coordinate between shifts leading to many bad surprises. They seem to open prematurely with the hope of charging World Cup fans outrageous prices while offering almost no services."

"This was my first negative experience with a Marriott property. The hotel is extremely outdated and had an unpleasant odor throughout. Our room smelled strongly of urine, the toilet did not flush properly, and the air conditioner was so loud it sounded like a lawn mower running in the room. As a result, we barely slept. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and nowhere near the standard I expect from Marriott."
