"The woman working in the evening at the front desk was fantastic. Frankly the entire staff was helpful and friendly. Only negative is the AC in both our rooms did not get very cool."

"Stayed up there for one night only as a base to visit Aeroscopia and Toulouse City Centre, which was a very good choice in terms of location. The service and rooms were of a very good quality to meet my needs. Breakfast quite nice and typical for ACE Hotel chain."

"This hotel is nearby Toulouse airport (about 10 minutes walk), but not expensive. And this hotel has a restaurant and you can have dinner ( better ask opening days to staff ). So, I think this hotel is useful for travelers especially who uses Toulouse airport."

"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "Excellent choice for short stay in the Toulouse area. Located just across the road from the Cite de l'Espace and therefore very easy to find (just look for the rocket!). Italian restaurant located right next door was handy. If you're driving, this would serve as a good base for exploring Toulouse and the surrounding area. One tiny fly in the ointment: rooms have coffee and tea making facilities but no milk is provided and staff refused to provide any! Most odd!"

"Good if you want to be next to the stadium. Otherwise the property is somewhat disorganized and doesn’t have safes in their rooms, would have been better to pay a bit more for a more professional hotel closer to the centre."
