"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Situated in the back street of a residential estate. Surrounded by loud activity outside. People congregated close by revving their car. Cars driving past and hearing everything happening outside made me feel unsafe. I didn’t stay. I left immediately. "
