"We urgently needed a place to stay due to power failure in our area. With 2 dogs, this hotel located around the corner from our employer was a blessing. My only complaint is with the person who designed the shower stalls - you have to walk in to turn on the fawcet and experience cold water before it gets warm :(
Otherwise, a great stay with this hotel."

"This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space."

"Got to the property to check in at 12:15AM after a concert in Hershey that evening. Was confirmed by the hotel when we booked FEBRUARY 9th that a late check in was fine. "The property was clean, free of pests. The room was fine, nothing spectacular. Problems encountered:
1. The refrigerator could not make up its mind if it was going to freeze the fruit inside or melt the ice buildup in the back of the unit and flood the bottom.
2. The room was booked in advance, no last-minute booking. Arriving there is 1 towel, 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. There was 4 of us staying there. You know what room you are giving to whom, prep the room accordingly.

"Easy check-in. Brian at the front desk checked in regarding our stay.
Breakfast was better than similar level Hiltons and Marriotts we have stayed at recently - overnight oats, chopped fruit, and the makings for breakfast burritos.
The room was spacious and cleaned. Only complaint was the AC and older fridge seemed a bit boisy. We appreciated the regular cleanings since we were there several days.
