"Staff and guest tried braking into my room in the middle of the night while I was sleeping. It was terrifying. When I checked out the desk employee apologized the said her management would reach out after they completed their investigation but still have not received a call or email. I emailed Marriot directly as well and have yet to receive a response. Unacceptable and poor customer service. Do not stay here. It is unsafe."
