"Parking charge was a surprise for me $43 a night , they are also very small parking spaces, breakfast eggs and potatoes were cold , no problems with the room , it was clean and comfortable"

"I’m disappointed with the level of service during my visit. Several staff members were not welcoming or attentive. From the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment, we had to approach staff outside just to ask for assistance. One response we received was, “You need help(after we asked🙄😒)?” which felt dismissive rather than helpful.
Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve once inside. There was little to no eye contact, and the staff member assisting us appeared visibly annoyed...

"When I walked in to check in the guy asked me to wait b/c they were changing shifts. I nicely sat down, to wait. Another gentleman came and needed to check in and waited in front of the desk. Instead of waiting on me first he front desk guy helped the gentleman. I walked up where they were and the gentleman had to remind the front desk guy that I was there first."

"From the moment you pulled up and the valet attendant greeted you , I knew this was going to be a great hotel. The lobby is an art museum and the rooms were to notch. A small kitchenette, sitting room, the cozy bedroom to the spa like bathroom was just was I needed. "There was nothing comfy nor chic about the studio I stayed in. The pictures are deceptive. The property is run-down and the room needs a serious renovation. The decoris not chic, terrible, and nothing matches. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The wall behind the bed has visible signs of water damage from the AC, which is EXTREMELY loud might I add. The bathroom is tiny, has mold on the ceiling and there's no shower glass to prevent the floor from getting wet. ."

"My step daughter booked this for me when I visited Miami. This was an amazing location. Everything was nice and extremely comfortable. I love that you need a gate code to enter and anyone cannot just pop in. Parking is available but I didn’t drive. Everything was extremely close so I was able to use public transportation. 1000/10 rating! The staff were amazing too. They made sure I checked in and if everything was okay!"

"The condominium is in a prime location my family and I love it everything is in a walking distance the beach, store, stop for the big bus tour and the amazing ocean drive, definitely I will stay here every time I come to Miami, Silvia our host was very helpful with our check in
The most important they have a place to leave your luggage if you come early and you can enjoy the roof top swimming pool while your room is ready I will say is a 5 start"
