It is within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and many attractions. It is busy with a lot going on, but it’s Miami, so that is to be expected. The room was quiet, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed at this condo this past weekend and unfortunately had a few concerns that affected my experience. The bed was broken, the shower door was missing, and the unit had a very strong fishy smell throughout the stay. The odor was so noticeable that I had to sleep with the doors open the entire time just to be comfortable. I reported these issues to the co-host and operational team, but the concerns were not passed along to the appropriate person. The front desk eventually gave me the condo...

"Would definitely book here again. The apartment was nice, clean, great views, and in walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. A short drive to south beach and the design district. Parking was to expensive but there were other parking garages nearby."

"Absolutely terrible!! The reviews said “Excellent “ to find out next to the property is construction buildings which bring dust to the balcony and all around the property building. Blowers on outside the room on the floor. Not sure what was the issue. Blu and red tapes on the closet doors, cabinets and walls. The balcony had a big piece of wood inside that made the room very unsafe. We were told, all available rooms are in the same conditions and if we didn’t like it we should go somewhere else....
