"The stay at was excellent, the staff and management were very accomodating and understanding. The communication was excellent.The rooms were comforatable and CLEAN. The location was steps from the main beach strip. There were lots of amenities steps a way as well. I would recommend it to my friends and family and would stay again. We look forward to returning."

"The location of this hotel was top notch being within a 10 min walk to main miami beach and South pointe Park. Art deco district and smaller convenience stores are all within walking distance.The staff were quick to repond and incredibly friendly. The hotel was easy to check in and check out. Parking is located within 2 block walk and can be reserved ahead of time with staff. If you're looking for a no frills and convenient hotel at an affordable price this is the place to go in Miami Beach."

"Very clean simple hotel, well located a few steps from the beach. The staff was awesome especially Oscar. Amenities are at a minimum but this can be expected for the hotel rates. Highly recommended "

"Great location. Walk to restaurants and bars nearby. CVS and a liquor store are right behind the hotel which is very convenient. We stayed in the ocean view room on the second floor, didn’t hear any road noise or music. The rooftop area is really nice with Great views. The rooms were more like apartments than a hotel which is awesome. I would stay here again. "

"Looked mostly like the photos. Amazing location right next to the beach and within walking distance of everything. Some parts of the room looked a little dated and worn but overall nice. Bed was super comfortable. Pretty clean but not perfect, some things in the bathroom were not cleaned in detail. Would recommend overall. "

"The location is good, the room is a bit small but ok. The major problem is the hidden fees, especially the request to pay for beach umbrella and chairs even if didn’t want to use them. Frankly, it is outrageous. "

"I had an ocean view room with balcony. the room and bathroom were spacious with lots of storage space. the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. there were lots of space for gathering in small or large groups. good availability for food options on site. easy access to the beach with amenities. also nice warm pool. "
