"Room very dirty and very old, not worth it"

"This was a very bad experience!! Our room had multiple problems. The fridge did not work for two days and was leaking water all over the room. We told the front desk, but nothing was fixed right away. Then we found a cockroach in the room, which is unacceptable, especially because we had a baby with us. The room did not feel clean or safe. At checkout, the general manager told us we would get a refund for two nights. Later, Orbitz told us the hotel declined the refund. This is very unprofessional and misleading!! Totally disrespectful and unacceptable."

"Room was clean staff were nice at the check in, the lack of room cleaning while staying there wasn’t my cup of tea. Food was off oysters ddnt have any oysters on the shell for the price was not worth it. Drinks were watered down bill came up to about 700 plus and was not worth the coins. Overall the stay was ok pool and scenery that’s it. "
