"The hotel is in a very nice location. It’s clean and the staff is very helpful. It’s a little rundown looking at the carpet, but our room was fine. We would certainly go there again. There is no staff after about 4 PM."

"We loved our stay at Villa Italia. The room was clean, spacious and well-located. If you want to stay near Miami Beach, this is the place for you. We paid for the parking which was definitely worth doing - just 2 mins walk away and hyper-convenient. I must single out Oscar's exemplary service. He took the time to call to ask us about our stay and if we were comfortable not once, but 3 times. That personal touch meant a lot to us, and it's something one does not receive often even in 5-star...

"Super close to the beach, AC gets super cold which was great - we got there a little earlier than check in and were able to leave our bags there. The room was pretty small but i genuinely don’t mind bc im there just to sleep. The only thing i have to say is YES the walls are very thin you can hear everyone’s convo but im a heavy sleeper so again i dont really care plus they had complementary earplugs on the nightstands which i thought was funny. Overall a pretty good hotel for not a crazy price...

"Bathroom: The sink soap dish won't stay in place, and the shower curtain clings to your body the moment you turn on the water. It is false advertising to market this as a hotel room. There isn't even a glass to drink from; given the heat, a mini-fridge is a necessity; and the entrance hallway is cluttered with junk. (A fisherman's shack would be more comfortable.)"

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite equipped with a fridge, stove, coffee machine, keurig, toaster and a microwave. it's conveniently located to CVS and Walgreens if you need extra things to pickup. Ocean Drive is 1 block away and tons of restaurants in the area. Staff checks in on you via text should you need anything. Our bathroom sink was slow draining. I text the facility and they fixed it the same day. Two years ago i stayed in a resort hotel down the street but this place really felt...
