"My stay was amazing! Very clean rooms. Location is perfect. The area is very safe for a solo female traveler. The front desk staff was the best! Service was better than a 5 star hotel honestly. They made sure i had everything i needed. Location is walking distance to everything. Special thanks to ricardo maintenance man and i think his name was victor not sure but they were all soooooooo attentive and nice. Definitely coming back again."

"When I arrived the hotel was Closed for construction. Looks like the Expedia failed to notify me about that. But the staff of the hotel was Amazing! They relocated me to another sister hotel that met my expectations. The 5 star is for the staff of the citizenM hotel South Beach Miami."

"Superior King with ocean view was average. The double queen over the pool with balcony was spectacular, clean, newer. Super nice helpful staff. If you want streaming TV, bring your own ROKU. Restaurants are very good, 20% tip added automagically, beware. "
