"It's ok, not great. The renovated rooms are nice and clean, bathroom and shower are nice. They are still renovating so you get woken up at 7AM every morning from construction sounds!!! The air in our room didn't work properly and IT WAS 80° IN OUR ROOM!!!! We tried turn the temperature down to 65 but it just kept blowing hot air!! I called the front desk 2 different times and each time they said they were spending someone, but nobody ever came. I also had to call the front desk 4 times to get them to answer the 2nd time I called. Eventually we just turned it off and cracked the windows and that helped cool off the room. We also requested a refrigerator and microwave and we were told that we didn't have to be in the room to receive them, but of course when we got back to the room that night they were there. I called AGAIN and asked for them. When the man brought them up, he said he came earlier but we weren't there. I told him we were told they would come in the room and just drop it off and we didn't have to be there. He said they can't gonin the room if the do not disturb sign is on the door. I told him there was no sign on the door. "
