Just wasn't to our liking. Rooms were clean and in good repair. Staff was very nice and curteous. Breakfast in the Ash Bar was great. It's a very old and dark hotel. Room was very dark and small. Card key was deactivated before checkout. Had to go back downstairs to get it reactivated. At least two ...

Woken up and evacuated at 05:45AM. No hotel employees were available to offer information as we were being hurried out, and no answer when I called on the phone regarding a refund.
